Car Rental Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

What are the rental requirements?
  All drivers must present a valid driver's license and Cash, debit or credit card. Insurance is required on all our vehicles. If you don't have insurance we can sell insurance for $6.00/day. 
 
How are rentals priced?
  One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We offer a one hour grace period for returns,if its more than one hour late then we will charge a full day. 
 
What are your business hours? 
  We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appt. 
 
What do I need to bring with me?
  At the time of rental, you need to have with you a valid driver's license Cash, debit or credit card, and current proof of auto insurance, if you don't have Insurance we can sell you insurance at $6.00/per day.
 
How do I make a reservation?
  To make a reservation, we need to get some general information from you, such as your name and phone number. You can supply us with all the necessary information online, or over the phone at 1-253-334-2841 
 
Do you accept cash?
  Yes we do.
 
Can you offer a Driver?
  For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we will soon be able to arrange a driver at additional cost.
 
What if I need to cancel my reservation? 
  There is no cancellation fee . Flying customers who have provided their flight information WILL NOT BE CANCELLED because we understand that there could be flight delays, every other reservation will be cancelled after 1 hour if you do not show up or call to make time adjustments.

 Can i use Cash, debit or credit card to rent a vehicle?
  Yes, you can use cash, debit or credit card to rent a vehicle from us. An authorization approval will be requested prior to the rental to be used as a deposit. This is only an authorization, and not a charge. The authorization amounts range depending on the type of vehicle. We accept debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards or any other credit cards.
 
Are additional drivers permitted?
  Yes, additional drivers are allowed, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.
 
Do you pick up customers from the airport? 
  Yes, we do.
 
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
  Yes, sometimes we can deliver the vehicle for your convenience. However, if the delivery is outside a four mile radius from our office, there is a delivery charge.
 
Are the cars allowed out of state?
  NO, we do not allow our vehicles to be driven to other States.
 
Can i come to rent your car without any insurance? 
  Yes, our insurance is available at $6.00/day.
 
Is off-roading permitted?
  No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, drive it on a racetrack or be involved in any illegal exhibitions of speed.
 
What is the fuel policy?
  All vehicles need to be returned with the same amount of fuel as when they were picked up. Otherwise, a fuel charge of $2.80 per gallon will be applied.
 
What should I do if I get into an accident?
  First, seek medical attention if needed. Secondly, for insurance purposes and your own protection, you must file a police report. Then, contact us promptly so that we can advise you what step to take next.
 
What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
  If a breakdown does occur, immediately call the phone number on your rental contract, and we will take care of it. Do not do any repairs to the vehicle without authorization from us.
